[RELEASE] dys_infect_v1

Get your copy of version 1 of dys_infect here! That's right! no more beta versions.

Honestly, not too much has changed from b5 or the pre-final version... except for some of the lighting, bug fixes, and extra detail to CS. Hopefully, this will be the last update I need to make to the map, as I would like to spend my time and energy on a possible new map.

As long as the 2nd obj button bugs are fixed, it's fine :P Good job! This is being a hell of a good week for Dystopia mapping :P
I would like to spend my time and energy on a possible new map.

I love the gameplay changes (Specially the teleport: it could look better [Check Fusion's] but at least it plays a lot better :D)... Although I hate the lighting changes (I preferred B5's... For example, the 2nd obj area looked cleaner than it does now, with all those blue lights :-?)

Anyway, good job. I'll be glad if you changed the lights back to the b5 ones, but if you don't, I could get used to it :P

Sweet dude. I'm glad you finally released it. The community has 2 awesome maps to play now. I hope everyone is happy with this version, I know I am.

Now I just need to find that secret button....

The final version will substitute _b5, which is currently in the cycle on the Eurotopia-Server, asap.

We got some minor organisational issues atm, thus the delay.

Thanks for the final version of my favorit map man! I'm so glad you made punk heavies unable to get to the corp roof so like the way you balanced the roof, awesome work!

I have to agree with Elman that the teleport is a bit plain (plus and I rarely see it being used in a pub despite being a realy cool idea) but I love the new lightning most of the time. Damn nice, keep it up! :D

Thanks guys... I'm glad you are liking the map. Unfortunately, the map wont be changing any more, as I'm moving on to a different map. Infect has been a great learning experience for me, and I hope to bring you guys something better in the near future. :)

Hi!, first of all, i have to say the infect has become a great map, one of my favourites.

Well, i found this bug a few days ago. It happens sometimes, the spider cant find the decker and start going from one side to other, sometimes finally finds the enemy sometimes doesnt

maybe for any reason you want a spider making your work while you can kill any other enemy, and yes, kill deckers with spider is totally unskilled but hey, if i wanted to play an uber pr0 game i could go to warsow f.e.

I have to see if it happens on any other JIP

that's because I put this uber anti-spider entity on that JIP. j/k :)

yeah I don't know man... that looks like a possible game bug. Not too sure how that would be a mapping issue.
