Yes/no. The word "quarrel" was invented later than the object it describes, and "arrow" was a catch-all term for both (bow) arrows and quarrels for quite a while.

Flamewar? I believe the above was humour. Or else, it was a very, very poorly constructed flame. :P

We've got French, Spanish, Dutch and Finnish down. There are a few languages which need a definite yes or no to the question of the translations being complete.

You can go here to see the progress.

No, they probably have some bugs they need to work out, and they are using the language thing to buy time XD.

Important Update

One of the language keys has changed, "dystopia_vHold" which has the text "Hold your fire!" has now officially changed to:

"dystopia_vMove" "Move out!"

hm... in russian lightnin rod sounds like lightning conductor. i cant see logical connection between weapon's name and it's purpose :)

Hi :)
looking at the list of languages for which Dys needed translation, I couldn't see Italian. I was a bit disappointed, but whatever. Today, a friend in the NGI community (italian GSP) pointed me to a wiki page for the italian translation, despite the link not appearing officially anywhere. Just in case, I went on translating the whole thing (minus some five or six already done lines), complete with the vHold to vMove change.
It is complete, http://dystopia-game.com/wiki/index.php ... on_Italian here. I've also added it to the bottom of the progress page, with "pending" status, just in case it gets noticed or considered useful, since iirc steam can be turned to Italian (personally hate/don't care about translations, tho they help a surprisingly high amount of players in my country)
just a little tribute to this wonderful mod, from some affectionate users here in italy.
Let us know if this contribute will be useful to the team, keep up the good work :)

It's the actual direct translation of Lightning Rod. Lightning Rods conduct electricity away from buildings toward ground. The Russian word for that device is what I've put on the translations page :P

PS- Whoever translated "Fire!" as "огонь" earlier, needs to be shot -_-

topic of 12 days ago, about "shoo no map"
Let's tweak a bit, "map no shoo", into "mappu o(wo) hyouji" or "mappu no hyouji."
Joshi "o" or "no" here indicates objective case. (Basically SVO into S+"wa" + O+"o" + V, always V last)
Shoo, loanword noun, is used to mean only performance in theater such as runned by promoters here,
show's usage of verb was not imported and we use "shimesu" or "hyouji_suru".
So many loanwords and Engrish in my country.

Is there a place to discuss the translations? I've read through the Danish translations, and there are some translations I'd like to discuss.

Discuss it here or feel free to find a corner of the forums where you can make your own thread (Suggestions would probably be more appropriate).
